The pursuit of corporate development, and profits should not be prioritized over the dignity of human beings, their lives, their cultures and the nature.
In order to secure the confidentiality, completeness and availability of all information's handled in the business providing the Cloud Solution for Food Service companies, We acquired ISMS (ISO27001 Information Security Management System) certification and registration in December 2012.
Our main product, "FOODIT" an ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) package system for Food Service companies, was initially introduced from one person to another and is now used in the daily operations of many food service companies and stores.
In the 23 years since we started providing system services, we have grown to more than 15,000 stores in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, USA, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia.
We are confident that this is the result of our proactive approach to customer requirements and repeated system improvements.
Technological innovations centered on IT and IoT have evolved at high speed and the Food Service industry is undergoing rapid changes as well.
With borders disappearing and more and more companies becoming familiar with the global market environment, we are working to localize the system to the countries and regions in which they are needed. We are focusing on developing a system that can be used anywhere and everywhere.
In addition to focusing on quality, security, and usability, we will contribute to our customers and society as a group of creators who propose and provide system services that anticipate the needs of our customers and the social environment.
This year marks the 36th anniversary of the company's founding and we will continue to make further efforts to provide even greater customer satisfaction.

In order to maintain and improve this trust and provide good quality services, all employees, including management, must be aware of the value and importance of information assets, sufficient safety measures must be enacted, and information’s completeness, confidentiality, and availability must be preserved.
Information security basic policy
For this reason, we have established an “Information Security Fundamental Policy” for the improvement of information security to provide appropriate protection for various threats to our information assets.
- We establish internal standards and implement risk evaluation, maintain awareness of threats and vulnerabilities related to important information assets, enact appropriate risk countermeasures for risks, and make efforts to prevent information security incidents such as fraudulent access, losses, damage, modification, or leakage of information assets.
- We have decided benchmarks for information security, and while working toward their achievement, we are also spreading awareness of the importance of information assets and information security to all employees, ensuring that proper usage of information assets, devices, and equipment becomes common knowledge.
- If information security problems do occur, we promptly carry out investigations to determine the cause, making efforts to minimize damages and stop them from spreading, implement the ideal countermeasures, prevent recurrences, and improve maintenance.
- We implement continuous activities related to the aforementioned Information Security Fundamental Policy and have also established a management system to ensure new threats can be handled.
- If any employees are found to have violated legal requirements or internal company regulations, applicable penalties specified in internal rules such as the Employment Regulations are applied.
- This fundamental policy is reviewed regularly, and we make efforts to continually improve it.

Prevention of Illegal Copying
As such, before the user can install (copy) software, they must first obtain the necessary permission/authorization from the software manufacturer (who is also the copyright holder). This permission/authorization is called a "license" and can generally be obtained by agreeing to the license agreement at the time of installation.
For this reason, installations exceeding the permitted number of devices the program can be installed in, which is defined in the license, are illegal copies, in other words, copyright infringement.
This means that even if the user purchases genuine software, if the number of software installations exceeds the number of licenses held by the user's organization, the said user will have violated the license agreement, as well as the copyright law. If the user has been discovered to have done this, they may become liable for damages, or worse, be subject to criminal penalties, such as imprisonment or fines. Being found to have committed illegal copying will also damage one's reputation and credibility.
Copyright
Copyright is the right given to the creator (author) of works (copyrighted material), including music, paintings, novels, and movies.
Aside from audio and video, copyrighted works also include computer programs and digitized files of such.
The copyright is granted to the author at the time of creation, with no special registration required.
Copyright is defined by the Copyright Law.
The copyright given to the author is defined in detail in the stipulations of the Copyright Law, and as a general rule, third parties cannot use copyrighted work without permission. Because of this, in principle, it is necessary to obtain the permission of the author (or copyright holder) to use the copyrighted work.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials constitutes infringement and is subject to criminal penalties.
Association of Copyright for Computer Software(ACCS)
Our company is a member of Association of Copyright for Computer Software(ACCS), an organization aiming to protect software copyrights.
ACCS is engaged in educational activities for copyright protection as well as corrective activities against illegal copying on an individual and organizational scale, and we are participating in these.
